Compatibility Information:

This SD card is compatible with the following Mercedes models equipped with the NTG5 Audio 20 (Code 522) system:

• C Class (W205/C205, 2015-2018): For models without the 2017-2018 touchpad/palm rest. Message us if unsure—this affects very few 2017-2018 models.
• GLC Class (X253, 2015-2018): Also for models without the 2017-2018 touchpad/palm rest. Reach out if unsure.
• E Class (W213, 2015-2018): For models with small screens only.
• V Class (BR447, 2015-2019): Not compatible with Vito vans.
• X Class (W470, 2017-2020).

Important Note: This SD card is not compatible with NTG5.5 (widescreen). NTG5.5 requires a different SD card. Additionally, it does not support Mercedes Live Traffic services and cannot be updated via the Mercedes download manager.

Installation Instructions:

2. Insert the SD card into the designated slot.
3. Power on the vehicle and press the "Navi" button.
