When should I update?

If it's been a year or more since your last vehicle map update, it's likely time for a refresh. Map updates are usually released annually and include new and changed roads, updated points of interest, and revised addresses. Updating your map improves the routing accuracy and functionality of your navigation system.

Will I get new features when I update my navigation?

Some map updates may introduce new features, although the specific additions and data can vary depending on the navigation system. To find out more about what's included in the update for your vehicle model, please check the product description.

Will the map update for my vehicle work on other vehicles?

Typically, map updates are specific to each vehicle's navigation system, which can differ across models and may change from one year to the next. Therefore, updates are not universally interchangeable.

When will my order dispatch?

Orders placed before 3:00pm BST on business days will be processed and dispatched on the same day, subject to stock availability and successful payment or credit card authorisation. Please note that orders made over the weekend will be shipped on the following business day.

How can I return a map update?

Unfortunately, all software sales, including map updates, are non-refundable. Once purchased, these products cannot be returned due to the nature of digital content. We encourage customers to verify their system requirements and compatibility before making a purchase to ensure satisfaction with the product.

How can I cancel my order?

We are unable to adjust or cancel orders once they have been processed and/or shipped. To ensure accuracy and avoid any inconveniences, we strongly recommend reviewing all details carefully before finalising your order.
