After Your Purchase: Once you purchase, we'll prepare the software specific to your Volkswagen's SW Train Version and begin processing your order. For that we require certain information regarding your vehicle in which we will reach out to you. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Please note, due to the customisation based on your SW Train Version, refunds are not permitted.

Compatibility Details: This activation is compatible with VW group vehicles from 2015 to 2021 equipped with MIB2 headunits. To check your SW Train Version:

• Press and hold the MENU button for 3 seconds.
• Choose the software update/versions option.
• Look for the Installed SW Train Version.

Vehicles with an MST2 SW train version and two SD card slots (with navigation) are compatible. Additionally, we support the Discover Pro system starting with MHI2.

Incompatibility Notes:

• Headunits with only one SD card slot (lacking navigation).
• Most VW Polo models with Composition Media headunits (model numbers ending in 819 A/B/C, 820 A/B/C, 824 A/B/C, 840 A/B/C).
• Versions ending in P05xxT.

Requirements for Digital Orders:

• A Windows computer.
• An unused SD card (8GB - 32GB). Existing navigation SD cards cannot be used for activation.

Important Note for Early Models (2015/2016): Early vehicles from 2015 and 2016 might need a USB port replacement to enable Apple CarPlay. Android Auto is supported regardless. Additional coding might be required to display the activated features and may need tools like VCDS or OBDEleven.
